Sequoia Lodge (Adults Only) - Crafers

I loved the wonderful views and comfortable rooms with modern technology. The bathrooms were excellent and the staff was super friendly. the hotel facilities were great, especially the spas and pool. The extra inclusions like the breakfast and nature walk were a nice touch.

Nothing it is perfect.

We recently stayed at a romantic mountain hotel and enjoyed beautiful views and majestic spa facilities, including a lovely pool and changing rooms. The extra inclusions like chocolate, wine, and nature walks were a great addition, but the best aspects were definitely the high-quality products like julique products, which made our stay more luxurious.

Our sleep was somewhat disrupted due to the beds being too soft, and despite requesting memory foam pillows, we didn't receive them. The lack of clear signs to locate reception/check-in was also frustrating.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that make the stay feel luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre has a variety of treatments, including body scrubs and full body massages, and the swimming pool has beautiful views. the room advantages are also impressive, with private facilities and a garden area to relax in.

There was a minor issue with the lack of signs, which made it difficult to find certain areas of the hotel. the exceptional service made up for it.

The view from the room was stunning and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. the location was ideal for a peaceful and secluded getaway, offering a relaxing experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We also appreciated the informative wine pairing experience and the cheese tasting offered.

The pricing was far too high for the quality of the food offered at the on-site restaurant. the breakfast options were underwhelming, lacking fresh juice and limited fresh fruit.

Nestled amidst lush greenery, this hotel boasts breathtaking views and comfortable rooms. Guests can indulge in luxurious bathroom amenities and enjoy attentive staff, who go above and beyond to make the stay worthwhile. Breakfast is adequate, and there are plenty of opportunities to relax and the fully-equipped spa promises indulgence. With the added bonus of informative wine tasting experiences, a stay here is a sure delight.
